DJ HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS


  • The Hirer is responsible for ordering equipment that is fit for the purpose required, and compatible with other devices intended for use.

  • There are no refunds for cancelled bookings 14 days prior to delivery or pick up.

  • There may be additional charges for; freight, installation, dismantling, packing and pick up, public holiday surcharge, change to equipment hire, change to location pick up or delivery instructions, cleaning of items returned in an unclean state, leads and cables not rolled packed and stacked as per delivery, site service calls, missing or damaged items. Any extra charges will be communicated prior to taking place.

  • Any changes to the initial order must be made in writing or email and acknowledgment of this change must be received.

  • If the booked DJ is not able to attend an event due to unforeseen circumstances, Vibes AV DJ will provide a suitable replacement DJ to cover the event or provide a full refund.

  • Hirer must ensure the site is accessible and safe for delivery and install. This includes removing obstacles and providing level ground & supplying appropriate weather safety measures to project the equipment.

  • The owner’s trade name and logo may appear on equipment, which cannot be concealed or obliterated.

  • The hirer must not alter, try to repair, or remove any equipment from the site, nor use contrarily to instructions supplied.

 

  • The hirer must compensate the owner for any lost, damaged, or stolen equipment while in their care or damages as a direct result of the actions of event attendees.
